No doubt, everyone wants to live a better life, a happy, healthy and successful life. But everyone is not taking the right steps to reach these goals.

If you keep on living your routine life then living a better life will remain a dream. You will never be able to achieve success in life. You should not expect any positive change in your life unless you decide to change yourself. You need to change your habits and living patterns to attract success and happiness in your life. All successful people follow strict rules and they do not compromise on this aspect.

I am giving below some very simple, easy to follow rules, for living a healthy, happy and successful life. These rules may not inspire you at first sight but if you start practicing these rules then you will be more than happy to see your life taking a positive turn towards a much better life. Why not follow these simple rules and start living a wonderful life.

1. Get up early in the morning and pray to God. This will give you much needed spiritual and inner strength. Your inner strength is responsible for your happiness otherwise you feel emptiness from inside.

2. Go for a morning walk or do in-door workout. This is good for your physical fitness and overall good health. You cannot do anything great if you are not physically fit. Keeping yourself fit should be your top priority.

3. Eat a healthy nutritious breakfast. The breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make sure it includes all the essential nutrients that your body needs. The more healthy breakfast, the more active life.

4. Start your day with a positive mental attitude. Look in the mirror, smile and say “it’s a wonderful day”. These words will keep you motivated to make the best use of your time and energy. Keep on smiling and enjoying what you are doing.

You also need to follow some rules before going to bed. These are:

1. End of the day prayer for seeking Divine guidance and internal calmness.
2. Read some informative or interesting book for relaxation of your mind.
3. Listen to some light music at a low volume for deep relaxation of the whole body.
4. Set the alarm at “on” position for the next morning.
5. Go to bed early with a firm belief that tomorrow will be a much better day.

Follow these rules and see the positive results yourself. I am sure, you will keep this routine for your whole life and keep living a great life.
