Winners

Winners are just ordinary people like all of us with average skills. What makes them winners is not their extraordinary abilities, hard work, or good luck but their ability of thinking, dreaming, acting and working like a winner. They become winners much before others notice and appreciate them.

What is Success?

To me, success is a way of life. It's in your mind, body and soul. Success is your second skin. If you wear success (decent clothes), eat success (healthy food), think success (positive thoughts), talk success (productive conversation), dream success (goal setting), smell success (the perfume of your hard work) and feel success (in whatever you do) then, I am sure, YOU DESERVE SUCCESS. Success is not something that you are running after. Let the spirit of success chase you everywhere, day and night.

Enjoy Your Work

The work is not play but you can make yourself believe that the work you are doing is giving you full enjoyment as if you are busy playing an interesting game. Meeting a deadline is indeed stressful but it also gives you the much needed confidence that you are capable enough to meet any deadline. Accepting a new challenge is often stressful but can also be rewarding if you take it as an opportunity to show your hidden talents. The more you enjoy your work the more you get rid of yourself from the negative effects of work related stress.

Dream Life

If you have a dream and you are strongly committed to realize that dream through hard work and planned efforts then you are the most powerful person on earth. Why? Because your dream has the power to keep you motivated to do the things you need to do to paint your dream into a living reality.

Happy Living

Happy living is nothing more than living a normal life free from undue pressures, problems and tensions. The Art of Happy Living is not a complicated kind of art difficult to learn rather a simple art of living well, eating well, thinking well and feeling well. Just tune up your mind to enjoy every moment of life and let the happiness follow you.

Happiness

The biggest happiness of mankind is in sharing and giving. Happily share your time, money, food, feelings, thoughts and ideas with your friends, family and colleagues. Always ready to give whatever you can give to others. If you have nothing else to give then give your smiles. Always pass on good, encouraging and kind remarks about others. You can change a person’s life for good just by honestly encouraging him.

Problems

Don’t keep your problems to yourself. Open your mouth and ask for help. There is always someone who is willing to help you in overcoming your troubles. Talk to your friends, family, fellow workers or even to various help groups and associations. You will be astonished to see how many people will come forward to help you.

Difficult Times

Difficult times in life come and go but keep your spirits high even in the worst type of crisis. Face challenges of life with courage and a positive state of mind. Take lessons from your past mistakes but don’t feel guilty. Laugh at silly things and enjoy life.

Life After Sixty

The life after 60 must be quite different from the life we had been living before. It’s the most valuable phase of life which must be spent more positively with a firm commitment to do something good for mankind. We owe a lot to our community and our country. Therefore, we need to change our thinking and start living for other people. Living a dull, lonely retired life, is not a wise decision.

Old Age

If you are 60 plus and losing interest in life then I must say “you are wrong”. There is no reason of losing interest in life. You should not count your age in numbers. Your real age depends on your physical, mental and emotional fitness. If you are in good health then you are better than a 40 year old person who is in bad health.

Fear

No matter how brave are you but the fact is that some kind of fear always keeps you on the toe. Some people face the fear bravely and try to diminish their fear as far as possible while others fell prey to the fear virus and thus make their own life miserable.

Stress

The job related stress is there and we cannot get rid of it altogether. However, we can minimize it as far as possible by changing our attitude to work and adopting a healthy life style.

Helpful Remarks

People can easily overcome their depression if they get love and helpful remarks from others. Sympathetic and kind words are always most helpful in healing the emotional wounds of the grieved persons. The sick persons feel better when they receive “get well soon” type good wishes from their friends.
