it, you can take lot of fluids. Warm water can be a good option for the cold season.

3. Talking too loudly. If you speak for a long time and strain to speak loudly more that your usual voice, then you are bound
to feel some pain. If you have to cheer loudly, get a loud speaker and you are able to keep your voice at the ordinary level while everyone can hear you. If you are looking for a place to have a conversation, make sure that you go to a silent place.

4. Other infections: One of the most common causes is the HIV infection. Persons who are HIV positive are most likely to have a sore throat. It can be controlled with antibiotics but it will most lily keep on recurring. If you are suffering from too much stomach acids, it can affect your throat as well. It makes your voice horse and it can be very painful. One of the symptoms is the severe heartburn that you experience. Tumors can also be behind your sore throat. It is advisable that you seek professional help whenever you have such problem so that the sore throat causes can be treated.
