Are you living your life, the way you want to live?

If your reply is in affirmative then you must be a very successful and powerful person in full command of your life and the circumstances. However, if your reply is in negative, then I am sorry to say that you are like millions of other people who are living the life being dictated by others. Is this life worth living?

Today, a Wonderful Day

Believe me, today is the most wonderful day of your life! You live in today; drink, dine, walk, talk, work and play today. Living today is not enough, make it a wonderful day for you.

In order to make your today a wonderful day, get up from the bed early in the morning. While brushing your teeth, brush away the unfounded fears about today. Look in the mirror and say: It's a wonderful day!

Go for a morning walk. Look what you were missing in your life. The chattering of birds, the smile of flowers and the (good) morning breeze gently touching your body. What a wonderful day!

How Poor Are You!

Do you want to know your poverty graph? You are poor if you:

- do not have a firm commitment with yourself to succeed

- do no set goals and follow them through

- do not put your best efforts at work

- do not keep yourself updated on new information and technologies

- do not adopt a positive attitude and get rid of negative thinking

- are not strong enough to accept the challenges of day-to-day life

- are not ready to take any risk due to fear of failure

- lack self respect and respect for others

Stay Healthy and Young

Yes, it is possible for the people of all ages to keep themselves healthy, physically fit and young looking throughout their whole lives. Just take the following three steps and enjoy a healthy, happy and a long life.

1. Eat Balanced Food

It's OK to eat for taste or for fun and eat whatever you like most but only occasionally. Remember, if you develop bad eating habits then you would have to pay its price in the shape of bad health and illness. Hope you are wise enough not to play with your health.

Agenda for Success - 2004

The year 2004 is knocking at our door. Did you finalize your agenda for success for the year 2004? No, not yet! Wake up please! Take a paper and pencil and write down your success plan for 2004. Saying "Happy New Year" is not enough. Plan to make 2004 the happiest and the best year of your life. Good luck!
